Izzard the Lizard

Hi there,

this is my new BLOG not that I had an old one!

Years ago I wrote a short story called 'Izzard the Lizard' and I would like to write a few lines at a time to see what you think. Here goes...

'Izzard' was the name his friends gave him, mainly because it rhymed with his surname - Lizard. It was only right, as he was so important, for his name to have a capital 'I' (every one's name begins this way, but Izzard didn't know this!

On his sleek body he had a beautiful, shining suit of clothes that flashed as he turned in the sunlight. Nature in her goodness had been most generous, but Izzard had convinced himself that he was very clever,and his beauty was of his own doing!

That's it for tonight. When I find out how to insert, I can put the whole story in.
